Williamsburg Vacations makes it easy to book the perfect Williamsburg Vacation with great accommodations and attraction tickets all in one location.  Below are general policies that apply to most of our vacations.  Each hotel has policies specific to that hotel which will be displayed for you prior to confirming your reservation.  Please review these carefully and call us with any questions at 866-341-4866.

 

In general reservations, except those designated "advance purchase," may be changed or canceled without penalty up until 4pm, 72 hours prior to your arrival date.  

 

In general, nothing is billed to your credit card until 72 hours prior to your arrival date except those bookings designated "advance purchase" which are billed at the time of booking.   

 

Ticket delivery varies from hotel to hotel.  Tickets will either be emailed to the email address on file or delivered to you at check in depending on your hotel.  Please see your confirmation for ticket delivery information.  

 

Simply enter your dates of travel and a selection of hotels will appear.  After choosing your Williamsburg hotel you will have the opportunity to add tickets to your reservation.  Once you have built the perfect vacation you will be asked to enter your information and then a list of all hotel policies will be displayed and you will have the opportunity to review your selections prior to confirming your reservation.
