RDP's Internet Reservation Module (IRM) allows millions of potential guests, groups, travel agents, & wholesalers to check condo availability and make commission-free reservations 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The IRM is designed to work in conjunction with your existing condo website. Reservations are stored immediately in the same database as normal "phone-in" reservations, with one database for true "last room" availability. The flow of events when a guest, travel agent, group member, or condominium owner makes an Internet Reservation at your condo is as follows: Step 1: Guest Browses Condo Website - The guest, group member, or travel agent uses a browser to find your website, which can be located anywhere in the world. Step 2: Guest Hyperlinks to RDP's IRM - The guest browses your website to learn about the condo. A hyperlink is added to your marketing website in various locations for "online reservations," which links directly to the IRM software installed at your property. Step 3: Guest Books Room Directly into RDP - The guest inquires on rates and availability by secure access to your data server. This direct access provides "last room" availability. Reservations are stored immediately, just as if they were entered from a workstation at the condo. The guest prints a confirmation and an E-Mail confirmation is automatically sent to the guest and to your condo. The reservation is complete with no commissions, no data re-entry or uploading!
